Chicago Documentary Couples & Wedding Photographer

My appreciation for photography began after discovering my dad's collection of film images and seeing how much a photograph can preserve. That curiosity eventually turned into a degree in Communications and Studio Art from Saint Louis University and a career documenting weddings, couples, and events.

Today, my work is rooted in connection, authenticity, and making sure the experience of being photographed feels just as meaningful as the images themselves. I'm based in Chicago, but always happy to travel wherever your celebration takes you.

Love is for everyone, and so is my photography. I proudly work with couples of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship types, capturing each wedding with care, respect, and authenticity.

Outside of work, I'm the godmother to a cat named Mister Meow, collect antique rings, and have a long-standing addiction to farmers market mangos.

I care deeply about your story and vision—but most of all, your experience. The moments I capture deserve to be remembered with authenticity, the kind that only happens when you’re fully present.

I’ll gently guide you so you can live in the moment while still creating beautiful images, knowing that balance looks different for everyone.

Even when we focus on photos, the experience stays relaxed, candid, and fun. We create space for real connection—so even if you’re not used to being in front of the camera, you’ll feel comfortable and seen.

I won’t interrupt a moment to perfect a photo—because the perfect photo is one that’s real.

I personally style and retouch every image, with a focus on accurate skin and color tones while reflecting the feeling of the environment.

I’m always open to your preferences and inspiration so we can align on your vision.

My retouching is minimal—I don’t alter appearance unless requested, focusing instead on removing distractions.

Every step of the process is tailored to reflect your moments as they truly were.

The photos are the proof, but the experience is the point.
